Stop Fighting, Start Loving :) and Create Your Most Joyful Life :)

If you’re feeling weary and worn-out from battling and struggling your way through Life, then it’s time to stop fighting, and embrace your Joy :)

Most of us have been taught to ‘fight for what you want’, ‘fight back’, ‘fight the good fight’, ‘keep fighting’ , ‘soldier on’ and ‘beat the competition’.

But Life is not supposed to be about fighting one exhausting battle after another :)

At one point in my life I remember getting out of bed each weekday morning, and mentally pulling on my suit of armour, before clunk, clunk, clunking my way into my office, ready to ‘do battle’ with the day ahead.
Thankfully I realised that it wasn’t any fun and decided to enjoy my life instead :)

If you believe that Life is a struggle and that you have to ‘fight’ something, then you’re coming from a place of fear.
Fighting drains your energy and is stressful and counter-productive.

It’s impossible to perceive clarity and connect to your inspiration and enthusiasm when you are stressed, anxious and fearful, as you disconnect from your Authentic Self.
When you choose to live in integrity and embrace your Joy, you’re coming from a loving place in your heart, and your life will reflect that harmony. You feel empowered, inspired and energised.

Life is not a battlefield :) You can choose to embrace Joy whatever your situation, and focus on the Good Stuff.

Focus your thoughts on what makes you feel good, do what makes you happy, have more fun, lighten up, love YourSelf more, and choose to enJOY Life.

  • You don’t have to ‘beat’ the competition and ‘fight your way to the top’.
  • You don’t have to argue and fight to prove that you’re better, or that others are wrong.
  • You don’t have to fight to defend yourself every time others don’t agree with you.
  • You don’t have to take offence at other people’s behaviour.
